Ain Aissa

Mindfulness Teacher & Facilitator
I’m passionate about making wellbeing accessible to everyone through research-backed mindfulness. Whether you’re a busy professional, a student, or someone simply looking for more balance in life, I guide courses, workshops, and meditation sessions that combine evidence-based methods with a compassionate approach.

My Training

I’m trained by the Oxford Mindfulness Foundation, a world-leading institution in mindfulness research and teacher training, and the Mindfulness in Schools Project, a UK-based charity bringing evidence-based mindfulness programmes to young people and educators. I am also a HRDF-accredited trainer - recognised by Malaysia’s Human Resource Development Corporation to deliver professional training programmes that meet national quality standards. With over a decade of experience in the corporate legal field, I understand the fast-paced demands and pressures professionals face, and how mindfulness can offer a grounded, effective way to navigate them. My work blends evidence-based programmes with a compassionate, accessible approach, whether I’m guiding individuals through an 8-week course, introducing mindfulness to beginners, or delivering tailored workshops for organisations.
